Salt Ayre Cog Set is a cycling club for young people (aged 6-16) based in the Lancaster-Morecambe area of North West England. We are a welcoming and inclusive club and are accredited to British Cycling. We are a Go-Ride club and have achieved the Clubmark status that Sport England uses to determine well-run clubs across all sports.

Cog Set sessions resume Saturday 3rd APRIL 2010. See forthcoming events for things going on throughout the winter.

The Salt Ayre Cog Set is Lancaster's cycling club for young people but also the fastest growing Junior cycling club in the North West.

The club provides cycling skills and racing coaching for all youngsters between the age of 6 to 16.


The Cog Set has been awarded Club Mark Status. A special session was held on Saturday 27th June.
