Weekly Winter Spinning/Turbo Sessions – start Wednesday 7 November 2012 - 8-9pm
The winter spinning/turbo sessions will be held at Carnforth High School Sports Centre, as it was last year.
The cost will be divided equally between each participant attending on the night. (approx £2-£3/session)
