If you are aged between 6 and 18, then come to Salt Ayre, between Morecambe and Lancaster on a Saturday morning, at 9.45 for registration.
We meet and the rear of Salt Ayre Leisure Centre. Follow the signs for the cycle track and you can't miss us - on the 'skills area'!
(Parents need to stay with under 8's)
Sessions will run from Saturday 29th March until 25th October 2014 - 10am till 12 noon.
Bring £2.00, your bike, a helmet and enjoy!

If the rider is over 12 could you also complete the Public Highway Consent Form for 12+ and bring it along to the first session you attend.
Thanks to the support of Lancaster City Council, a number of quality bikes (Islabikes) are now available for newcomers to use at the track if they are to come without a bike. To reserve a bike in advance email firstname.lastname@example.org please put 'Cog Set Bike Register' in Subject line.
If you like it and come back for more, we will ask you to join the club formally after 3 times. It only costs £10 for the year and you get to become a member of the fastest growing Junior cycling club in the North West
and a card to prove it!
